I’d love to try these. I wonder if they taste better than the store bought ones. (because i’m not the biggest fan!)

There isn’t a tutorial (that I know of), but it wouldn’t be too hard.
Just paper heart doilies + white christmas lights (they’re on sale now!). Then punch the lights through the center/any spot of the hearts, and HUZZAH! You have a garland!
