How gorgeous and ethereal is this garland?
There isn’t a tutorial (that I know of), but it wouldn’t be too hard.
Just paper heart doilies + white christmas lights (they’re on sale now!). Then punch the lights through the center/any spot of the hearts, and HUZZAH! You have a garland!
You can make this Valentines Day garland with coffee filters!

Well, here it is. I’ve found it. I’ve found what I am making for new years eve.
I love, love this Tissue Paper Tassel Garland. The metallic tissue here and there is the perfect touch.
I don’t even care, I’m keeping this up always.
