I do! I have a few suggestions:

First up are these Black Apple Dolls from Martha Stewart:

her tutorials are always pretty easy to follow, and these are super adorable :) I’ve seen tons of people use this pattern to make majorly cute dolls.

This rabbit doll is super cute as well!:

This one is my favorite! I absolutely love these Babushka dolls. They are so sweet:
